1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans may change.
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order:
Full cancellation with no fees. - After 24 hours but before dispatch:
Cancellation may be possible, but a small processing fee may apply. - After the order has been shipped:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.
You may request a return after receiving the item (see Return Policy below).
Custom or personalized orders
cannot be canceled once production has begun, as these items are made specifically for you.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number/email) is required.
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items purchased on final sale
- Used, damaged, or altered products
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved returns will receive a full or partial refund (excluding shipping charges).
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If the item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts, a deduction may apply.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or video of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
- Please use a trackable shipping service.
