1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
- Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with shipment details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options
We offer the following shipping methods:

3. Shipping Regions
- Domestic: We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- International: We deliver to selected countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us at [support@uniqkala.in] to check if shipping is possible for you.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
- For international orders, import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer — UniqKala is not liable for any additional customs fees.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to check the delivery status.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active after shipment.
6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to re-ship.
- Re-shipment may incur an additional shipping charge.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to wrong address provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
- If an item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if visible damage) or notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos.
- For lost packages (according to courier’s tracking), we will open a claim with the courier and work to resolve it.
8. Returns & Exchanges

- Note: return shipping cost may be borne by the customer, depending on the reason for return/exchange.
